The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) conference took place at the beautiful H10 Andalucia Plaza in Marbella, Spain from the 18-20 November, attracting over 100 delegates from 20 different countries representing the very top echelon of the club management industry.

CMAE management training provides the competitive advantage that clubs require to ensure that they thrive and remain essential in an ever-changing society.

Cutting edge advice was provided on how to manage environmental issues, crisis management, change management and building communities.

Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort y la Asociación Española de Gerentes de Golf han llegado a un acuerdo para celebrar el IX Congreso y Campeonato Nacional de Gerentes de Golf de la AEGG durante los días 12, 13 y 14 de noviembre en el  incomparable complejo de Oliva Nova, en Denia, en la Comunidad Valenciana. Un resort y un gran campo de golf diseñado en 1995 por Severiano Ballesteros. Un campo largo y llano, con obstáculos de agua que será el marco del IX Campeonato Nacional de Gerentes de Golf válido para la Ryder Cup Hispano Portuguesa 2019.

Five members of the Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) have passed the exam to become Certified Club Managers in November.

Alberto Iglesias of Font Del Llop in Spain, Ascanio Pacelli of Terre de Consoli in Italy, Robert Brewer of Royal Wimbledon Golf Club in England, Graham Stewart of Golf de LaLargue Sarl in France and Gabriel Sota Sanz of Golf Ramón Sota in Spain all passed the CCM exam bringing the number of Certified Club Managers in Europe to a total of 44.
